At AJR Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with all original AJR Couture tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
